Chief Operating Officer
Mark is responsible for all of the daily operations, including new client implementation, customer service, invoice processing, engineering, IT support, AUM Academy, and property and corporate operations support. It is the mission of the operations teams at AUM to provide exceptional service to both the properties we support as well as their residents.
Mark’s background includes over 25 years of experience in operations, P&L management, finance, planning, call center operations and leading large scale change initiatives. Prior to joining AUM, Coffman managed large teams at United Airlines, Comcast and Colorado Technical University.
