As a resident of a property that is partnered with AUM for utility management assistance, registration on our portal allows you to:

• Manage your account online
• Make online payments
• Download current and past statements
• View payment history and balance
• Opt-in to receive eStatements
• Apply for Auto-Pay
• Submit inquiries to our customer service

How to Register for a Log In

To register you'll need to gather the items below.

• Account Number - located at the top of your statement
  
• Statement Number - located at the top of your statement next to the account number (for security, statement must be printed on or after 6/1/2011)
  
• Email Address - used only to notify you of account activity and alerts you opt-in to receive
